Responsibilities:
• Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire staff members to provide exceptional care, offering guidance and support for their professional development.
• Strive for excellence in care delivery, ensuring standards meet SSSC and Care Inspectorate requirements.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assume full responsibility for the home in the manager's absence.
• Participate in recruitment, report preparation, health and safety procedures, finance support, including budgeting and payroll.
Requirements:
• Registered nursing qualification with an active PIN is essential.
• Leadership and Management qualifications are beneficial but not required.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Effective communication skills.
