Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the organization's goals
- Coach and guide senior leaders to provide best-in-class support and guidance
- Manage a team of 3 to design and shape the learning offering and build strong relationships across the business
- Report and track performance of L&D programs and continually improve as needed
- Partner with global teams to share knowledge and maintain learning content
- Identify projects and other learning needs across the operational business
Requirements:
- Experience in an L&D Management role or team leadership role with experience managing a team
- Experience creating content in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Collaborative skills and the ability to analyze and challenge
- Experience with multiple learning methodologies, eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Passionate about L&D and enjoying the full spectrum of strategy through to delivery
