We are in search of a distinguished Evening Room Service Specialist to enhance the Claridge's experience. Our staff embodies an instinctive service approach that mirrors the sophistication and enduring charm that Claridge's is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the upkeep of approximately 9 exquisite rooms daily.
  • Upholding the utmost standards of cleanliness, ensuring supplies are replenished, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Crafting unforgettable experiences for all visitors.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the maid service area, storage, and guest corridors.
  • Identifying and reporting any room defects to maintain our high standards.
  • Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Deliver intuitive service with a deep understanding of guest needs to foster exceptional service experiences.
  • Exhibit genuine commitment to Claridge's and a dedication to consistent quality in both product and service.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality setting is preferred, though not mandatory. Must be a team-oriented individual eager to learn, adaptable, and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a warm, inviting demeanor.
