We are excited to present an opportunity for a Spa Therapist to become part of our esteemed 5-star hotel located in Cardiff Bay. This role offers a contract of 16 hours per week.

As a Spa Therapist, you will receive a competitive hourly wage of £13.75, along with a £250 bonus upon successful completion of your probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of Massage and Beauty Therapy treatments while maintaining high standards.
  • Engage in retail sales to guests and members.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Trained to UK, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage.
  • Prior experience in a guest-facing role.
  • A genuine passion for spa and wellness.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Work Schedule:

Weekends are essential for this position, as they are our busiest days.
