Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of our technical strategy for the Risk Management Team, focusing on identifying customers at risk of indemnity breaches through advanced data analysis and modeling.
  • Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes related to claims, ensuring effective management of performance metrics that impact the customer experience.
  • Devise strategies to mitigate market and competitive risks while leveraging opportunities for growth.
  • Identify areas for performance enhancement and develop business cases for essential changes within the claims process.
  • Support the optimization of commercial strategies, proactively addressing challenges and developing solutions to counteract negative trends in customer behavior.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
