Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the supervision of the culinary team.
- Support food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and organizing ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper handling and storage of food items.
- Participate in dishwashing and the cleaning of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support various culinary tasks as required.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to follow instructions precisely.
