Key Duties:

  • Conduct both preliminary and detailed structural assessments for electric actuation systems and their components.
  • Participate in the complete product lifecycle, from initial design through to production support.
  • Employ classical and computational techniques for stress evaluation.
  • Organize and oversee analysis tasks to facilitate swift product development.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Execute preliminary sizing evaluations and provide conceptual design assistance.
  • Perform classical and computational assessments of mechanical components.
  • Generate and deliver technical documentation and presentations.
  • Develop new capabilities to align with technology advancement strategies.
  • Create proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Support investigations into failures and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate to identify synergies and share best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in structural analysis.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Ansys, MathCAD, and CATIA is preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of classical analysis techniques and structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in the realm of structural analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
