Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of business development initiatives, pinpointing new clients and projects to meet growth objectives.

• Cultivate and maintain client and consultant intelligence within the target market.

• Lead the bid team, ensuring adequate resources are allocated to meet business goals.

• Oversee the preparation of PQQs and quality bids for new projects, analyze feedback, and implement enhancements.
