About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join our team at The Access Group. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in providing support to our employees and management team, ensuring that our HR processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide first- and second-line support to employees via our HR portal, meeting case, CSAT, and SLA targets while managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • HR Processes: Advise on and execute key HR processes, including family leave, pay reviews, and benefits, ensuring timely updates to Payroll and a smooth employee experience.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain knowledge-based articles for self-service, champion wellbeing, and ensure compliance with legislation for third-party workers and visa applications.
  • HR Projects: Lead and support HR projects, handle ad hoc initiatives, and ensure data accuracy within internal HR systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in key HR legislation and compliance (Equality, Wellbeing, Visas, Sponsorship, IR35) and providing outstanding service to clients, employees, and leaders.
  • Skills: Become fluent in employee and business data, using it for informed decision-making, and work alongside stakeholders to create great outcomes through effective communication.
  • IT Skills: Develop exceptional IT skills, embrace new technologies, and continuously improve processes while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Personal Development: Invest in personal development, act as a role model, and contribute to a fun-loving team that embodies Access' culture.
