Key Responsibilities:
In your capacity as the Communications and Media Strategist, you will serve as a representative for articulating the transformative effects of Carr Gomm's initiatives. Your commitment will be essential in refining and enhancing our messaging for both internal and external audiences.
Your exceptional storytelling and creative writing skills will be instrumental in effectively communicating the profound impact of our work. You will utilize a combination of traditional and digital media platforms to elevate our profile and engage younger demographics across Scotland.
With a keen awareness of societal gaps where loneliness and isolation persist, you will be driven to raise awareness, propel our fundraising efforts, and inspire greater community involvement to enhance our revenue growth.
This dynamic position requires a proactive approach, where you will consistently strive for excellence and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will recognize the potential for innovation and improvement, continuously pushing boundaries to create a more equitable society where individuals can thrive as active participants.
Success Metrics:
Achieving effective communication of strategic messages to target audiences, resulting in an increase in informed job applicants, donors, colleagues, and customers.
Assisting with tender and grant applications.
Developing and overseeing our communications and marketing strategies in alignment with our Strategic Plan, including managing Carr Gomm's social media presence, website, and promotional materials to actively showcase our services.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organization to enhance internal and external communications.
