Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Location: Liverpool Office

- Pricing and Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Quantity Surveying: Manage all aspects of the financial and contractual side of our projects, from initial tender to final account.
- Client Interaction: Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing the financial aspects of projects, including cost control, valuation, and forecasting.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Commercial Director, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the construction industry. Experience in retail or commercial fit-out is preferred, but we are open to candidates from other construction backgrounds.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to pricing and financial management, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Car Allowance: Personal and Business use.
- Bonus: Twice annual pro rata bonus.
- Pension: Standard pension scheme.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, office-based with occasional site visits.
