About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security threats to our clients' digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks to our clients' information systems.
  2. Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with our technical teams to design and review IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure they are secure by design.
  4. Provide expert guidance to our clients on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in information security consulting and implementation, with a strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
  2. Experience managing risks related to the use of processing, storing, or transmitting information to reduce or eliminate impact, integrity, or availability of information and information systems.
  3. Experience conducting security and risk assessments using security frameworks (e.g., NIST Control Framework, Critical Security Controls).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies.
  2. Understanding and application of NIST Control Framework, Critical Security Controls, and other related regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  3. Experience with cloud security, cyber resiliency/incident management, Zero Trust, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies such as IoT and AI.
