About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Milton Road Day Nursery and Preschool in Cambridge.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years professionals to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, happy, and stimulating for all children
  • Promote and maintain high standards of child welfare, protection, health, and safety
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
