About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Management Officer to join our team at Sarbec. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our platform services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standards for project management across platform services
  • Manage best practices and standards across Agile teams
  • Standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects and staffing models
  • Establish and maintain processes within the end-to-end operating model from marketing strategy to distribution
  • Collaborate with capability leads on the creation of process standards
  • Lead teams to develop and manage forecasting and staffing plans
  • Partner with the Business Owner/Client Services Lead to provide clear communication to clients
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of today's digital technologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Agency or digital project experience required
  • Agile/scrum experience and certification required
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills
