Framatome is a leading international company in the nuclear energy sector, recognized for its innovative solutions and value-added technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Officer to join our team in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the Project Management organisation to ensure the business needs are satisfied in relation to project delivery across the Business Lines. This will involve ensuring that the Project Management capacity and capability are sufficiently developed and matured to deliver value to our customers and mitigate business risks for Framatome Ltd.

The core operational areas of the business are new build projects, engineering projects, and existing fleet services. Our business is delivered through projects, requiring a strong Project Management culture. As part of our growth, we have reinforced this aspect of the business by creating a Project Management Office (PMO) organisation.

The Head of Project Delivery will be a senior driver to develop a strong and integrated project management culture across Framatome Ltd in the UK. This will involve working closely with the Head of PMO and Heads of Business Lines to identify and allocate Project Managers to projects related to their respective portfolio and adapt the Project Management resources to the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects and/or programs and/or project portfolios from a delivery perspective. They will also have strong knowledge and experience of implementing project processes, systems, and tools, as well as understanding of finance, budget, and project accounting.
