About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our Maternity Services team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide safe and effective care to pregnant women during the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their families
  • Work in partnership with women and their families to promote informed decision-making and empowerment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans to meet the individual needs of women and their families
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience of working in a maternity setting, preferably in a hospital or community setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
