Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our Programme Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business transformation and controls & performance advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the assessment of client environments and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Develop and implement PMO and controls & performance strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Analyse and define findings and recommendations reports to inform client decision-making.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to client representatives on project controls and performance management.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve project and business goals.
- Deploy established methodologies and tools to support client projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our team's capabilities.
- Drive business generation activities, including bid development and proposal writing.
- Engage in marketing and social media campaigns to promote our services.
- 3-5 years' experience in project controls, with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working on major capital projects in the infrastructure sector, covering roles within the PMO/controls & performance environment.
- Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments and controls & performance integrated processes.
- Experience with writing and presenting reports, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, diagramming tools, and specialist controls & performance software tools.
- APM, PMI, or similar certification or equivalent experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, and communicate lessons learned.
- Build strong, professional client relationships, and challenge behaviors when appropriate.
- Express ideas and thoughts with clarity, and stick to key points.
- Listen effectively to understand wider issues and their impact on self and others.
- Show clear determination to achieve goals set.
- Remain resilient despite obstacles, disappointments, or challenges at work.
- Take personal responsibility to complete actions and resolve issues.
- Encourage active participation and positive contribution from all.
- Work with others to achieve project and business goals.
- Analyse information quickly and efficiently, and use analysis, intuition, and judgement to determine the most appropriate solution.
