About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Hollywood Bowl. As a Deputy Manager, you will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager and play a key role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the centre's operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
