Job Title: Senior PR & Communications ExecutiveWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PR & Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you'll play a critical role in promoting our brand and enhancing our reputation through effective media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote our brand and gyms across traditional and digital media platforms.
- Manage the press office and review external communications content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Work with our PR agency team partners to propose creative news-generating opportunities and build a journalist network.
- Draft media materials, including press releases, media pitches, and talking points.
- Support with drafting a library of messaging assets for the company to use externally and review externally-facing company comms.
- Monitor media coverage and share relevant sector trends with the wider team.
- Support on the communications for crisis and issues management to best protect company reputation.
- Collaborate with brand managers and social media team on creative campaign ideas that work for PR and social.
- Minimum two-three years' experience in PR, within an agency or in-house team.
- Excellent writing skills and demonstrated experience speaking with journalists.
- Passion for brand spark campaign ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Flexible and adaptable to support with events and out of hours issues.
