Job Title: Senior PR & Communications Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PR & Communications Executive to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you'll play a critical role in promoting our brand and enhancing our reputation through effective media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote our brand and gyms across traditional and digital media platforms.
  • Manage the press office and review external communications content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our PR agency team partners to propose creative news-generating opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media influencers to secure media coverage.
  • Support the development of messaging assets for the company to use externally.
  • Monitor media coverage and share relevant sector trends with the wider team.
  • Support on crisis and issues management to protect the company's reputation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two-three years' experience in PR, within an agency or in-house team.
  • Excellent writing skills and demonstrated experience speaking with journalists.
  • Passion for brand spark campaign ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support with events and out of hours issues.
