As a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, we provide Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, and Project Management services, offering an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in each area and become a well-rounded Project Manager.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, including site visits, client meetings, tendering, and contract administration. You will work on a range of commercial projects across the UK, particularly in the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to ensure project progress and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A Construction related degree qualification (construction or project management, quantity surveying or building surveying is highly desirable).
- Previous experience working with a UK Construction Consultancy.
- Experience in Logistics or Hotel/Leisure projects.
- Confident in client-facing roles and working with internal teams.
