If these resonate with you, the Inventory Reconciliation Analyst position at Harding Retail may present an exciting opportunity.
Role Details:
This position is offered on a 10-month fixed-term contract and is focused on validating stock (both asset and consignment) in our retail locations. This involves coordinating stock counts, collaborating closely with onboard personnel and central office teams, including IT and Profit Protection. Occasional travel may be required to conduct stock assessments.
The role is based in a hybrid working environment, allowing for flexibility with 2 to 3 days in the office each week.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary, performance bonus, pension plan, life insurance coverage, healthcare benefits, and 25 days of annual leave (inclusive of holiday shutdown).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate stock counting schedules for vessels based on their itineraries.
- Analyze and investigate results, discussing findings with relevant departments as necessary.
- Develop and manage manual workbooks for vessels when required.
- Request recounts when results do not meet established thresholds.
- Process approved stock adjustments as needed.
- Maintain the stock take tracker to reflect the status of all counts.
- Reconcile vendor accounts for consignment stock.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improved operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Excel with a strong capability to manage large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems efficiently.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
