Senior Identity and Access Security Manager

Eames Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Security Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead our security efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust security practices are in place to protect against identity-related threats, establishing standards for IAM processes and controls, and guiding internal business teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Identity and Access Management: Collaborate with architects, security professionals, and stakeholders to ensure robust security practices are in place to protect against identity-related threats.
- Standards and Governance: Establish standards for IAM processes and controls to enhance operations and reduce risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Guide internal business teams on best practices, identify and address concerns, and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams on IAM matters.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Information Security policy framework in accordance with risk appetite, legislation, and industry best practices.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and uphold cyber policies and standards aligned with recognized frameworks such as NIST, FedRamp, SOX, SOC, ISO, SOC2, PCI, ZeroTrust, SaaS Security Framework, and Data Security Foundations.
- IT Solutions: Facilitate the creation of enterprise IT solutions, considering critical factors such as APIs, security, scalability, manageability, and usability.
- Reporting and Communication: Produce accurate and concise reports, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and executive summaries on Information Security topics and techniques.
- Threat Knowledge: Contribute threat knowledge to IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements.
- Security Concerns: Identify and address security concerns proactively and manage high-risk vulnerabilities.
- Committee Participation: Participate in and contribute to various organizational committees.
- IAM Experience: At least five years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Enterprise Solutions: Proven success in developing and executing enterprise identity solutions.
- Security and Compliance: Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices, as well as security and compliance frameworks.
- Vendor Tools: Experience with managing vendor IAM and PAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, CA PAM, Imprivata, and Azure MFA.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a complex environment, with the ability to broker agreements among varying priorities and perspectives.
- KPIs and Reporting: Experience in establishing IAM program KPIs and reporting.
- Documentation: Expertise in documenting IAM processes and procedures.
- System Development: Involvement in planning, designing, developing, and testing systems or applications, including cloud-based or internet-related tools.
