Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Equipment Liaison to join our team at SEGULA Technologies. As a liaison between our clients and HVAC equipment suppliers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical oversight of client HVAC equipment contracts, with a focus on equipment follow-up and collaboration with client layout and HVAC system teams.
  2. Representation of the Responsible Designer HVAC contract team in meetings with clients and suppliers.
  3. Reporting on equipment technical open points during fortnightly meetings with contractors and clients.
  4. Monitoring contractor deliverables related to handover activities, including seismic calculation notes and HVAC release reports.
  5. Coordinating and conducting technical assessments of the impacts of CCRs (Contractor Change Requests).
  6. Managing the processing of modifications, including monitoring progress and generating reports as needed.
  7. Updating the HVAC database and managing CTS (Change Transfer Sheet) issues to clients according to schedule.
Requirements
  1. Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Seismic calculation experience, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
  3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in system engineering, layout engineering, or relevant experience.
  4. Proactive and confident communication skills, particularly with remote teams in France and Germany.
  5. Proactive in developing positive working relations with project team members.
  6. Experience in project configuration management.
  7. Proficiency in utilizing Navisworks or equivalent software.
