Position: SEND Teaching Assistant


We are currently seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with students in small groups within a classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be engaged in supporting Key Stage 2 students, specifically in a Year 4 class.
The educational setting accommodates a diverse range of EAL and SEND requirements, and the school is committed to providing tailored support for students with unique needs. This includes implementing individualized support strategies such as one-on-one assistance and utilizing a resource base designed for children requiring additional help.

Feedback from current staff members highlights the positive and supportive atmosphere within the school, making it an excellent place for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with daily educational activities.
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress and achievements.
  • Facilitate student access to the curriculum.
