Job Summary:
Purosearch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Manage and support a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
- CQC Compliance: Work closely with our area manager to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a good relationship with healthcare professionals.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident care plans to ensure changing needs are met.
- Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager, with a strong understanding of working in dementia, residential, and nursing care.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in managing a care team and strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire staff.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of the care inspectorate, safeguarding, and compliance regulations.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
