About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal care routines.
  • Work with residents to identify and assess their needs, and develop individual care plans to meet those needs.
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents receive a high-quality care service.
