About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Work with residents to identify and assess their needs, and develop individual support plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Recognise and respond to signs of distress in residents, and work with the team to develop strategies to reduce distress and promote resident well-being.
