Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at Taylor & Francis. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Higher Education institutions in London and the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Higher Education institutions to promote our products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our presence in the Higher Education market.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and editorial teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in publishing or academia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
