We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Control Assistant. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our sales ledger, banking, and debt procedures.
About the Role:
- Manage our sales ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
- Process customer payments, including bank transfers and credit card payments.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Assist with debt recovery procedures, including sending reminders and following up with customers.
Requirements:
