About the Role

As a Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of parts advisors and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of parts advisors to achieve sales objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate and manage parts inventory and stock levels
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
  • Collaborate with the wider Park's management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Parts advisor or supervisory experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • IT literacy and knowledge of CDK
  • Full clean driving license
