Field-Based Electrical Technician (Facilities Management) - Competitive Salary

CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a new role for a field-based electrical technician to join our Facilities Management team on a permanent basis.

This position involves providing services across various contracts, ensuring the highest standards of electrical maintenance and installation.

Key Qualifications:
  • 18th Edition Certification
  • Preferred: 2391 Testing and Inspection Qualification
  • SVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • Valid Driving License
  • Experience in Facilities Management
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct both reactive and planned maintenance within the facilities sector.
  • Perform upgrades, replacements, and installations of electrical systems, along with maintenance tasks, inspections, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project developments, documenting all activities, remedial actions, and inspection records to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable utilizing IT systems for task recording and updates.
