We are seeking a passionate and experienced Volunteer & Community Outreach Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing our volunteer program and strengthening community partnerships.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and support a diverse and engaged volunteer base.
  • Provide ongoing pastoral care and guidance to volunteers, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
  • Lead engaging farm-based workshops that cater to volunteer interests and skill development needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local organizations and community groups to expand outreach efforts.
