We are seeking a Business Continuity & Resilience Advisor to operate in a hybrid work model, with a combination of on-site and remote responsibilities.
This role is governed by IR35 regulations, necessitating engagement through an umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional certification in Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive Business Continuity program in alignment with ISO22301 or a resilience framework consistent with ISO22316 within a corporate or regulated setting.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify critical individuals and cultivate robust relationships aimed at achieving business goals and outcomes.
- Supporting business continuity and resilience assessments, audits, and reviews to monitor performance and enhance improvement initiatives.
- Implementing best practices in enterprise resilience and business continuity.
- Applying knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks, and guidelines in Enterprise Resilience, Business Continuity, and Emergency Management.
