  5. Identify Resource Constraints: Identify potential resource constraints and provide solutions to mitigate impact on project timelines.
  6. Track Project Progress: Track project progress against established schedules and milestones.
  7. Prepare Progress Reports: Prepare and present regular progress reports, including schedule variance analysis.
  8. Risk Management: Identify and assess schedule-related risks and uncertainties.
  9. Risk Mitigation: Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
  10. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  11. Training and Support: Provide regular updates on project schedules, potential delays, and risk factors.
  12. Process Improvement: Provide training and support to project teams on Primavera P6 and project scheduling techniques.
  13. Lead Process Improvement: Lead efforts to improve planning processes and tools within the organization.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years using Primavera P6.
  3. Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the telecommunications or construction industry.
  4. Software Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data.
  6. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
