We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile supplier statements and process payment runs
- Manage purchase ledger invoices and statements
- Post expenses and bank transactions
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle petty cash receipts and deal with queries
- Support the accounts team with ad-hoc tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload efficiently
- Experience working well under pressure and good telephone manner
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Previous experience with an accountancy package is a plus
- AAT studier or Qualified by experience
