Education Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team at Margaret Clitherow Trust. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in empowering children from Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller communities to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement education plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Build strong relationships with education providers to tackle education inequalities and secure the best outcomes for our children.
- Work closely with families and agencies to secure educational placements, SEN provision, and consistent attendance and achievement.
We are looking for a candidate who is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for our clients and is aligned with our vision and values. You will be warm and compassionate, yet able to demonstrate healthy boundaries and professionalism. You will have experience of successful work with children and an understanding of education systems.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as sound IT skills. You will have resilience and a sense of humour, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £17,184 per annum (pro rata for part-time), as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, personal training budget, and generous paid holiday entitlement.
