Job Summary:

THC Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating and winning business from consumer and corporate entities, and representing the company in a professional and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and canvass new and existing leads generated by the company to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Follow the company's recognised customer journey to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  • Make a minimum of 60 outgoing sales calls per day (or minimum 300 per week) to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Spent a minimum of 2 ½ hours on the telephone in each working day to build relationships and close deals.
  • Perform in line with the account manager's income targets to meet sales objectives.
  • Utilise the company's product range, including HP, LP, and PCP, to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Demonstrate competence of product knowledge, lenders, systems, policies, and procedures to provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow procedures to protect the company against potential bad debt and fraud to maintain a secure and compliant sales environment.
  • Understand credit submission procedures, recommendations, and lender systems to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Follow up all new leads or business opportunities with a number of pre-agreed phone calls and relevant texts/emails as per company guidelines to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Record all customer and prospect details on the company database, completing all relevant fields as per company policy to ensure accurate sales data.
  • Utilise good communication, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and prospects and build strong relationships.
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ability to deal with/influence key influencers and decision makers to drive sales and business growth.
