We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to join our client's nursing and residential home in Stalybridge. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care and leading a team to provide unparalleled empathy for resident issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care and services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
