Our client, a leading global company, is seeking a Korean speaking Financial and Business Planning Analyst to work across Financial Management, Regional Entity Support, New Business Pipeline Management, and Team Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Implement financial controls and procedures to optimize resource allocation and expenditure.
Regional Entity Support:
  • Ensure alignment of regional entities' strategies with the company's business objectives.
  • Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor regional entities' performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional entities to ensure they adhere to corporate policies and achieve financial targets.
New Business Pipeline Management:
  • Develop and manage the new business pipeline to ensure alignment with forecasting and budget objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop commercial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to project teams.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members on commercial best practices.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Korean and English.
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant work experience.
Working Arrangements:
  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Job Details:
  • Full-time position with a 12-month contract (subject to becoming permanent).
  • Some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects.
  • Competitive salary (40-50K, depending on experience).
