Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Manager to join our team at YOU Exclusive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile events within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate events from conception to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including luxury brands and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution, including logistics, marketing, and operations.
  • Conduct site visits and risk assessments to ensure event safety and security.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile events with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
