Role Overview:


As a Robotic Operations Specialist, your duties will encompass a variety of tasks including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, assembling, lifting, moving, and operating machinery as trained, along with providing general labor support as needed.

These tasks may involve assisting other departments and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of machinery and equipment such as shot blast, automated welding systems, pressure washing tools, mechanical saws, cranes, and forklifts.
- Assembly, fitting, and testing of diverse products, including mechanical and electronic components.
- Preparation for welding through chamfering using hand tools and other equipment.
- Loading and unloading of robotic welding jigs.
- Ability to work independently from the robotic programmer.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
- Commitment to health and safety practices.
- Conducting basic maintenance checks on robotic systems.
- Strong familiarity with Kuka, Fanuc, and Yaskawa robotic systems.
- Performing in-house tests to identify welding defects.
- Comprehensive understanding of robotic welding setups.
- Engaging in stud welding with automated equipment.
- Managing robot welding cell operations.
- Performing etching and engraving tasks.
- Proper disposal of scrap materials.
- Identification of products.
- General housekeeping and labor tasks.

Additional duties may be assigned by your Line Manager, Production Manager, or Senior Management team as necessary.


Qualifications and Skills:
