Role: Mid-Weight Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Weight Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing creative solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling and strategically sound designs across various mediums.
  • Collaborate closely with the team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial research and strategy to final execution.
  • Prepare and present your work effectively, including pitch materials, presentations, and workshops.
  • Continuously expand your skillset by exploring new design techniques and technologies, such as animation, coding, and interaction design.
  • Articulate your design decisions and contribute to client meetings with confidence and clarity.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Support junior team members and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends and cultural shifts.
  • Engage with the design community through events, exhibitions, and university collaborations.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Formal training in a relevant design discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create conceptually driven, strategically sound, and visually impactful designs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to adapt to different project requirements and work seamlessly across various design platforms (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
  • A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
