About Us: We are a prominent, innovative GMS training establishment operating across multiple locations, dedicated to the education of GPs, medical students, nurses, paramedics, and international physicians.
Our commitment to a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care sets us apart. We maintain a strong affiliation with Plymouth University, with one of our Partners serving as an Associate Dean responsible for overseeing GP trainees in the region.
Role Overview: We are seeking a General Practitioner to integrate into our existing team. The responsibilities will encompass a full spectrum of services, including duty sessions, triage management, and the clinical oversight of a personal patient list.
Compensation: The sessional rate ranges from £10,000 to £11,500, contingent upon specific responsibilities undertaken. Our team is composed of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, clinical pharmacists, Emergency Care Practitioners for acute visits, salaried GPs, and six GP partners.
Engagement and Development: We welcome a physician who is eager to participate in the operational aspects of the practice and is interested in initiatives aimed at quality enhancement.
Support and Induction: All salaried GPs benefit from a comprehensive induction program, which includes mentorship for a minimum of six months, dedicated administrative time, and the flexibility to reassess these arrangements as necessary.
Indemnity: The practice provides indemnity coverage through a group scheme with the MDU.
