This is a challenging and rewarding role within the Resourcing and Recruitment team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a Senior Resourcing and Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our recruitment processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Resourcing and Recruitment Manager in ensuring the quality of our recruitment processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes and systems, and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Head of Resourcing and Recruitment to deliver the department's operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure that our recruitment and selection processes are candidate-centric, proactive, and robust.
- Provide support to candidates with recruitment and compliance checks, and serve as the first point of contact for all forms of communication in managing candidates' recruitment.
- Work closely with wards and departments to ensure compliance and delivery of the resourcing, recruitment, and retention agenda.
- Provide a holistic and bespoke approach to candidates, aligned with the Trust's divisions.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the Trust is an employer of choice by recruiting high-quality candidates.
- Provide a full recruitment administration and clerical support service to Trust staff.
- Ensure the provision of an efficient and effective recruitment service in line with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures, and be able to identify opportunities for improvement.
