We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to serve as the Chief of Women's Health at Phoenixville Free Clinic. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading healthcare organizations and will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs and services that promote women's health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve women's health outcomes
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that promote women's health and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote women's health and well-being
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support women's health programs and services
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to support women's health programs and services
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on women's health
  • Proven track record of success in leading healthcare organizations and developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets and resources to support women's health programs and services
