Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Women to join our team at Phoenixville Free Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health and a proven track record of leadership and management. The Chief of Women will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of women's health programs and services, as well as providing strategic direction and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement women's health programs and services that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, including setting goals and objectives and evaluating progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as public health or healthcare administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in women's health, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
