Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team in supporting projects in all phases of the product life cycle. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of key project planning principles, including Scheduling, Risk Analysis/Assessments, Baseline Management, Critical Path Analysis, Integrated Planning, Cost Loading and Resourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and high-level milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Set up and maintain project structures for smooth execution, ensuring accuracy and quality of project data and reports.
  • Review project progress data, including schedules, resources, and costs, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project planning and management.

Requirements

  • Experience with Primavera P6 (or any other planning tool) and a good understanding of project planning principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
