Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Porcelanosa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation.
  • Resource Planning: Coordinate and manage resources, including materials, labor, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices throughout the project.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Client Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the fit-out and installation industry.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as CSCS, SSSTS, or SMSTS.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with building control laws, health and safety regulations, and construction management practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
