About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Finance team, you will provide compliant and effective finance business partnering with our IT, Change, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Finance team and Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting processes.
- Develop and manage functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realized and aligned with functional goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulatory, financial services regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations.
- Risk Management.
Requirements:
- Studying or qualified accountant with experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
- Strong Excel and modeling skills.
- Proven track record in a complex business environment.
- Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
